Play stays on the device
The app requires no account and does not collect children’s names, contact details, or location. It contains no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. Progress, butterfly artwork, and language and sound settings are stored locally, without transmission to our servers. Parents can clear progress and artwork in the Parents area. System backups are governed by device and Apple settings.
Narration, sound, and device input
Chinese and English narration and effects are bundled audio files. The app does not send content to speech-generation services during use. This version does not access the microphone, record or upload audio, or score speech. Opening state on compatible devices is used locally for gameplay and is not uploaded.
Purchases by grown-ups
The first three chapters are free. Grown-ups can optionally buy the Garden Friends Pack once through Apple’s App Store, without a subscription. Apple processes payment; the app verifies StoreKit entitlements to unlock chapters 4–10. We do not receive payment card details. Purchases, restores, and entitlement refreshes communicate with the App Store.
Website and support messages
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and maintain security, the hosting service may process IP addresses, browser information, and access logs; these are separate from the app’s on-device play data. We add no advertising or third-party analytics scripts to this site. When a grown-up contacts support by email, we use the supplied email address and message to reply and resolve the issue, not to market to children. There is no need to send a child’s name, photos, voice, or identifying information.
Contact and deletion requests
For privacy questions or requests to access or delete support correspondence, grown-ups can email [email protected] with Knockabloom in the subject. We will verify and handle applicable access or deletion requests. Parents can clear local game data directly on the device.
