Grown-ups can contact [email protected] with Knockabloom in the subject. Include the device model, OS version, app version, and what happened. No child’s personal information is needed.

How do I enter the Parents area?

Tap the lock icon at the top right of the garden and complete the grown-up check. The Parents area lets you change language, turn off sound, clear local artwork, or restore purchases.

My purchase did not unlock the pack

Check that the device uses the Apple Account that made the purchase and is online. Tap Restore purchases in the Parents area. A pending purchase unlocks after approval; cancelling does not charge you. If the issue persists, contact support without sending payment card information.

Can ordinary iPhone and iPad play?

Yes. Drag on the screen or use illustrated animated controls to reveal characters. In the butterfly chapter, paint half, confirm the drawing, fold to print, and unfold to admire it. Every step has touch controls. Compatible Duo devices can also use opening and closing gestures.

Do we need to blow into a microphone?

No. This version does not enable the microphone. The bird chapter is fully playable with touch, and narration and effects can be turned off.

Free chapters and the extra pack

The first three chapters are free. The Garden Friends Pack unlocks chapters 4–10 with one purchase and no subscription. The app is being prepared for release; purchase availability and local prices will appear in the App Store after launch.
